We only Accept damaged or wrong products returns which should be reported within 24rs of delivery.
Exchange/ Damaged product will be delivered in 5-7 business days once the returned product is received.
There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost. A 360 degree Video of opening the parcel without any cut or edit is needed for such exchange. In such circumstances, So soon as opening the product packing and before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team who will guide you on the process for the same at our Costumer Service Email care@shreiex.in .
Refund
In case of any refund approved it will take 5-7 business days to get credited to your original payment method.
The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.
You are eligible for refund in the following cases:
- Product is lost during shipping (if it is sent by courier)
- Product is not delivered even after 30 working days after complete payment on checkout
- Product not in stock, out of boundary, cannot be delivered or shipped due to any other reasons
- Product is damaged when you receive the parcel
- You have received incorrect variety
- No Refund for reasons other than damaged container or quality issues reported within 24 hours of delivery
If you have any other reasons to ask for refund, please call us, we would be happy to clarify you. Just making money is not our intention, we wish to keep you happy & delighted!
You are NOT eligible for refund in the following cases:
- Shipment was returned due to incorrect address or availability of the customer / buyer. However customer can pick this up from our office within 7 days from the date of order. Any claims made after 7 days will not be entertained and the customer is not eligible for refund of money.
- Incorrect variety or quantity placed by the customer and the product is already shipped or the order has crossed the limit of 12 hours
- Customer refused to accept for reasons other than damage.
- Quality issues reported after 24hrs of delivery.
Refunds:
We will process the refund after receipt of the product by Shriex Enterprises or its business partner. All refunds will be made within 7-14 working days and will be routed through original payment mode by with order has been Placed. Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within 7 to 15 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.
- Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account
- For all other modes of payment, we will send a refund cheque. The cheque will be made in favour of the name as in the “billing name” provided at the time of placing the order
- Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email Phone call about the status of your return.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received your refund even after 15 working days of processing your return, please check your bank account again. Otherwise, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is shown in your balance. You can always contact your bank branch. Usually, there is some difference in time before a refund is displayed in your account.

On sale products (if applicable)
- Only items that are regularly priced are eligible for a refund. Products that are bought on sale and other special offers cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
- Products are replaced only if they are not opened and are still in their original packaging. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, then send us an email at care@shriex.in and you can send your product to Shriex Enterprises .
- Only unused and unboxed Products are eligible for exchange in case of incorrect delivery or logistics error.
Gifts
- If the product you have received is marked as a gift when purchased and is shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be given to you for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received in its original condition, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- If the product was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the product was a gift received by you, we will refund the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
