Shriex Enterprises believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order.
There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Shriex Enterprises marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Holi, Diwali, Eid Christmas Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
No charges are applicable if cancellation is made immediately after placing the order. 2% of the order value or Shipping Charges whichever is higher will be deducted in case cancellation is made after the product is Sent to Shipping Partners and tracking slip been generated .
